The ANWB was looking for an onboarding module in which new employees were not only welcomed but also introduced to the different departments of the organization. For both subjects the solution needed to be focused on the employees’ experience.
The ANWB was looking for an onboarding module in which new employees were welcomed and introduced to the different departments of the organization. The learning solution needed to focus on the experience of the employee.
The e-learning module starts off with a recognizable meeting point: the roundabout at the headquarters of the ANWB. Simultaneously this roundabout serves as the main menu of the module, visualized with a 360° degree photo. Starting here, the employee is able to discover the different parts of the onboarding module.
In this module the new employees are introduced to the different business units with visually enriched interactions, stories of co-workers and customer experiences. By enhancing the content with a lot of visual elements, the employee is introduced to the ANWB in an engaging and playful way.
The onboarding module became a visually attractive learning solution. Images and videos play a crucial role in the solution. By adding those visual elements, we’ve enriched the experience and made sure the module is in line with the work environment of the ANWB. New employees felt welcomed and part of the organization right away.
