Brink asked inBrain to develop a learning solution to improve knowledge about products and mechanical skills of mechanics who work with Brink’s products. The aim was to use this online solution to prepare mechanics for an offline training. esides knowledge about products, the training also needed to address consulting skills. By providing training, Brink wants to improve their service level.

SOLUTION

inBrain developed four e-learning modules about the most important information on the products. Those modules also included assignments and tips about the maintenance of Brink products. We also included a section about consulting skills. We used diverse interactions, trigger questions, recognizable examples and suitable infographics. To host the e-learning modules we developed an attractive and easy to use learning management platform. 

Result

A learning platform that hosts information about Brink and their products for mechanics from all over the world. With this platform, mechanics start their offline training in a confident way.

After completing the e-learning modules and the offline training, the mechanics are certified Brink mechanics. By rewarding a mechanic with a certificate, Brink and employers know whether the mechanics possess the right knowledge and consulting skills to deliver the quality Brink strives for.
