inBrain sees e-learning as a broad concept. We believe many types of learning interventions with a digital element can be considered e-learning (e.g. an e-learning module, blended learning program, serious game, app or webinar).
For many organizations e-learning means of the use of e-learning modules. inBrain has a lot of experience with the development of e-learning modules. During development we use industry standard e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise or Lectora. Some clients prefer to do their own maintenance, and with these tools they can edit their e-learning themselves.
On this page we will show you the development process of e-learning in a nutshell.
When starting the development of an e-learning module we meet with a client to determine the target group and learning objectives: what do the participants need to know and what skills do they need to master after completing the module? This way we ensure we are creating a solution that suits the target group’s needs.
After the target audience and learning objectives are set, we choose which learning method and resource, or combination of learning methods, best fits the target group and learning objectives. Sometimes an e-learning module does the job, sometimes a blended learning program is better. In other cases an online reference document that can be accessed by mobile phone works best. We always strive for the optimal solution, never losing sight of creating an effective learning experience for the participants. Are you curious about some examples of our work?
