NS was looking for an onboarding module meant to enthusiast new employees about NS and inform them about its social value in society.
How do you make introducing new employees to the organization fun, interactive, and fast? And how do you make sure they become ambassadors of your organization from the start? NS was looking for an onboarding module meant to enthusiast new employees about NS and inform them about its social value in society.
We developed a module with a quick introduction to ‘the world of NS’: the 100% NS travel guide. This guide is full of photos, videos and nice stories of new colleagues. The new employee completes different chapters with a variety of interactions to learn all the required knowledge. They learn about the mission, vision, company culture, company history, organizational structure, and clients of NS. Whilst completing several chapters, employees see their progression: ending with being 100% NS.
The module gives a first impression about NS as an organization, with an emphasis on interaction. New employees discover more about NS from looking at different perspectives, for instance from the perspective of the clients, colleagues and the organization. In the module, various tips are included that can help a new employee to find their way in the organization. In addition, suggestions are given in order to let the employee discover the organization. This encourages them to discover the organization and get to know their colleagues.
